This is TCB - Our story so far
Built differently. Grown globally. Led with purpose.
TCB began in 2012 as The Call Business, founded by Andi Catt - armed with a laptop, decades of experience, and a clear vision. She launched the business driven by the belief that B2B lead generation could (and should) be more human, more honest, and more effective.
From those early days, TCB has grown into a thriving, multilingual business development agency supporting global campaigns across different continents, time zones, and industries. But we’ve stayed true to our roots - blending people-first outreach with smart strategy and commercial clarity. We still believe every conversation matters. And we’ve built a team, a culture, and a reputation around making those conversations count.

How we treat our people
Inclusivity, flexibility, and mutual respect are baked into our DNA. We were founded on the belief that talent and experience aren’t defined by age, location, or gender. From the start, we’ve embraced flexible working, trusted our team to deliver, and worked hard to create a genuinely supportive environment.
How we treat the planet
Since 2019, we’ve partnered with Ecologi to offset our carbon footprint and support meaningful climate initiatives. So far, we’ve planted over 6,400 trees and helped fund projects from wind turbines in Mexico to solar-powered trains in India. It’s a small step, but it’s one we take seriously.
Our Culture
We’re woman-led, remote-first, and globally connected. Our board is predominantly female, our team works in 15+ languages, and our model is built on trust, communication, and flexibility.
